Living in the mountains, it seems natural to me to approach coaching as a grand adventure. Every life & relationship is full of peaks, valleys, and breathtaking views earned through effort, trust, self-reflection, and growth. As we travel through any coaching quest - individual or as a couple, we’ll face steep climbs, unpredictable weather, and moments where we have to take leaps of faith to keep moving forward. Like any great expedition, this work requires perseverance, determination, and the belief that the summit—whatever it looks like—is worth every step taken. Humor is also helpful! Coaching can be healing, therapeutic, motivational, inspirational (and often, fun!) – but you are the leader of the experience. As a professional coach, I’m not here to diagnose you, give advice, or push you in a particular direction. I'm here to empower you - as the expert of your own life - to expand your capacity for growth, resilience and joy while you tap into your potential and create a whole- hearted life that you love. Coaching is all about moving forward! Unlike therapy, which digs into the past (and that can be important too, if it’s what you need), coaching focuses on your future goals and what’s keeping you from realizing them.
Coaching work often includes setting practical goals, and then resetting them as you get to know yourself more deeply. Together, we take stock of what you’ve already got in your backpack – your inner and outer strengths, resources – as well as identifying what’s weighing you down, and no longer serving you. Then we explore the many ways to let those things go. It’s a forward-focused journey, and I’ll be there every step of the way to support you in reaching the goals that matter most to you.
